There are a few distinct sorts of menstrual cycle issues, which can be comprehensively grouped into three classes: Amenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea and Menorrhagia.
Amenorrhea can be portrayed as the inability to start the menstrual cycle during the reproductive age, or the suspension of monthly cycle. The most basic reasons for menstrual issue in this classification are menopause, pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
Dysmenorrhea is a common problem faced by women who experience menstrual issues. This is same as menstrual cramps. Women suffering from it may experience stark pain in the pelvis or the lower abdomen during the menstruation.
Menorrhagia is an excessively heavy bleeding that happens when a woman is in her menstrual cycle. Women experience the ill effects of menorrhagia, when the stream of menstrual blood is more than 80 ml in volume or if the bleeding goes on for more than eight to ten days.

High level of stress, ageing, unhealthy lifestyle, hormonal problems, etc are the major factors that lead to menstrual problems in women. If not treated on time, then these issues can cause serious damage to a woman’s health and well being. So it is highly advisable that if you sense any abnormality in your menstrual cycle then you must seek professionalhelp as soon as possible in order to avoid any further complications.
